VOD PROBECABLE-K “KEVLAR” is a custom, calibrated resistance cable for use in explosives in blastholes to monitor the continuous explosives VOD and hole/deck delay times. It is recommended for operators recording across multiple or many multiple holes.
VOD PROBECABLE-K “KEVLAR” contains Kevlar and is recommended for operators recording across single or multiple holes in blasting situations where the VOD PROBECABLE in the hole incurs very high shocks due to holes detonating on previous delays
Supplied in “Reel in a Box” boxes. Packaged 1,000 m (3,280 ft.) per box.

USAGE
Probecable Kevlar measures the VOD of explosives continuously, hence they need to be inserted or tied to the explosives to make sure every part of the Probecable is in direct contact with the explosives.
